£55k + extensive benefits package
Location flexible as role will be remote working with travel to client sites

Your future duties and responsibilities of BMC Remedy Support Analyst
Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving incidents and defects, providing support for various environments including development and production. You will have demonstrable experience in producing recommendations for complex resolution of issues, investigating problem tickets and performing environment maintenance, deploying releases and supporting patching etc. You will also be required to provide on call support as part of a rota.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role of BMC Remedy Support Analyst
In order to be able to deliver in your role, you will be expected to demonstrate hands-on experience in Remedy and Atrium Orchestrator, troubleshooting performance issues and have good understanding of IT infrastructure together with a strong understanding of Remedy ITSM's underlying database structure, including data model, code customisation, and integration. Experience in solving the problems related to Incident/Problem processes or environment is essential along with the ability to fulfil service requests and changes, such as SRD and SLA creation. Proficiency in design and development of Remedy APIs (Java based) would also be advantageous.
Due to the nature of the work this role will require the successful candidate to hold UK security clearance to SC level. If you do not already hold this level of clearance you must be eligible for, and willing to undergo, SC checks as appropriate.
