Assistant Restaurant Manager - Perthshire - 2AA Rosette venue with accommodation available.
Venue: First things first, this is a stunning estate specialising in hunting, shooting and fishing. Set on the banks of a river with some stunning grounds. It is a 4* hotel with several rooms, a 2 AA Restaurant and caters to huge amounts of guests all keen to sample the local countryside and Scottish way of living. This particular venue specialises in private dining, afternoon tea, it has it's own2AA restaurant and offers classic cuisine with a modern Scottish twist.
Location: Remote - you will need a.car/transport or be happy to arrange lifts with fellow colleagues.
The Role: As we head in to an exceptionally busy 2020 we are looking for someone who wants to step up in to an Assistant Manager position. You will be existing the Food and Beverage Manager ensure that levels of service in the hotel are exceeded/maintained and developed upon. Not only this buts you'll be able to see round corners and anticipate events happening. Helping manage day to day shifts, training, development and generally moving the business forward. The ideal person for this position will have experience from a 2AA background.
The opportunity: Generous basic salary subject to experience plus great onsite accommodation at £6per day inclusive of bills/meals.
