Position: Assistant Business Coach
Location: Home-based, Oxfordshire 
Salary: £23,000 – £25,000 per annum 
Hours: Monday – Friday (predominantly home-based office hours with some international travel)

The Opportunity:

Our client is looking to recruit an Assistant Business Coach, to join the European arm of their well-regarded global business based in Oxfordshire. This is an extremely unique and exciting opportunity, with the chance to really expand your business knowledge. The successful candidate will have a genuine passion and curiosity for learning about different businesses and the ability to confidently coach and hold accountable experienced business owners.

The role will involve building and maintaining successful relationships with a portfolio of around 15 clients within the £5m – £10m bracket. The candidate will be responsible for organising and implementing the necessary plans needed to scale up each business. They will regularly keep in contact with each client, providing consistent and meaningful advice both over the phone, email, video and in person. As a consequence, the job requires European travel, mainly to London or Switzerland.

The successful candidate will be well-educated, with a genuine interest in how businesses can scale up and ambition to be part of their journey. Equally, they must be comfortable with spending the first few months absorbing information, offering logistical and administrative support, but having the gravitas to quickly hold their own in a boardroom environment.

Requirements:

* Very bright, well-educated (business-related) and able to quickly absorb information

* A clear passion for business and pursuing a career in executive business coaching

* Ideally will have read, or willing to read, the book Scaling Up by Verne Harnish (very similar values to our client)

* Willing to travel (both in the UK and internationally)

* Proactive and self-motivated

* Ideally DISC-certified or willing to obtain the certification
