Job Description

Location: Summertown, Oxford

Full time: 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: £19,000 - £22,000

 

We are looking for a person to join our expanding team. The role is administration focused, supporting our Property Managers in a busy working environment.

* Ability to listen and respond appropriately

This role would suit a candidate who has good administration experience. It would be preferable for someone who has worked within the property sector, although this is not essential.

 

Tasks include:

* Answering the telephone and handling enquiries and/or directing calls to the relevant team member in a professional manner

* General office administrative duties including emails, filing and scanning

* Arranging meetings and distributing necessary paperwork within set timescales

* Arranging periodic assessments on properties

* Client diary management

* Maintaining up to date contact details on our property management software

* Producing work orders for contractors to undertake property maintenance

* Following up on work orders and ensuring contractors are completing jobs on time

* Processing invoices on the instruction of the property managers

* Liaising with residents and updating them with progress of works.

* Supporting the rest of the team/department where necessary

* Carrying out any other reasonable tasks as may be directed to meet the needs of the business
