Area Sales; Essential Business Services; EVERYONE is a customer!! – Earn OTE from month 1 - Best National Sales Manager in the business - Basic £22,000 + Uncapped OTE - Fully Expensed Company Car

We are working with a leading brand that provides an essential service to a wide range of businesses in the North of England and Yorkshire. They are currently looking to appoint a confident Area Sales Manager to join their team in South Yorkshire. This is a field based role that will see you earn uncapped commission and have full autonomy. 

The Role:

  • 100% new business generation - sell the service contracts and manage the client for 3 months before handing over to customer services
  • 4 field days and 1 office day per week - autonomy over own diary
  • Traditional role - cold calling and door knocking to generate leads and interest
  • Working to achieve a month revenue target (this is ramped in the first 6 months during your training period)
  • Covering S postcodes as well as the Alfreton area

The Person:

  • Field sales experience selling solutions or services on contract is ideal but good sales eople from a product background will be considered
  • Experience in a field based 100% new business role 
  • Self-motivated and able to manage own diary and targets
  • Structured with the ability to understand KPIs, targets and conversions
  • Very money hungry - there are monthly and yearly kicker bonuses
  • Based on or close to patch in South Yorkshire (S Sheffield, DE55 Alfreton)
  • Candidates with experience in selling cleaning services, linen and workwear hire, waste management, hygiene solutions or similar would be of particular interest but no industry sectors are excluded

The Package:
