Our client is one of the industry’s leading attraction operators, presenting a growing portfolio of cultural visitor attractions across the UK. Due to the current and future expansion of the company’s portfolio, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Area Commercial Manager.
Key requirements include
A proven track record of multi site management within the tourism, leisure or hospitality industry
Great commercial awareness and the ability to inspire and motivate a team of General Managers to ensure the best guest experience at each visitor attraction
Have a proven history of coaching and mentoring a team to deliver success and be an excellent communicator with the ability to work and develop productive relationships with the company's General Managers and other internal partners
The ability to deliver the annual business plan, drive sales and maximise business opportunities
Manage the deliver of Health & Safety across the allocated attractions and ensure complete compliance with the appropriate legislation and company policy
Improve levels of guest feedback
This role will be Northern based, however it is envisaged that national travel will be necessary to provide mentoring and tactical guidance, therefore the ability to travel regularly around the UK will be essential.
Salary – £40k plus excellent benefits
