We are recruiting a Part III Architect for our long-standing client, based in the Cotswolds.
Our client are looking for a confident Part III Architect, with the necessary skills to work across all RIBA Stages (0-7) on new build and existing schemes.
The ideal candidate will be competent with hand drawing and presentation, but with all the usual CAD and computer skills needed to run a project.
Our client carry out extensions, replacement dwellings, conversions, listed buildings, farms and farmsteads, mostly in the domestic sector but a few projects in the retail or commercial area which tap into their knowledge of the local vernacular. They also work on contemporary projects, and the ideal candidate would have an ability with both, but not essential. The Architect will gain exposure to projects throughout the practice and have the chance to run their own projects.
Their client list is top-end, but they pride themselves on having a discreet public profile. They are a close-knit team, who work well together, with each member bringing their own particular skills and talent. There are lots of social activities and the practice itself is set in a beautiful barn conversion surrounded by nature.
