Job Description

A leading independently owned property maintenance organisation are currently recruiting for 9 Administrator’s to join their lively team on a temporary basis. Hours of work can be flexible between the working hours of 8.00am to 4.30pm or 8.30am to 5.00pm.  Free parking is available! 

As the Administrator you will be promoting and continuing to offer a quality service to their customers and uphold their outstanding reputation in the industry. Based in North Bristol, the office is easily accessible by car and public transport.

As the Administrator, you will:

  • Producing reports using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Inputting data onto the in-house system ensuring the information is 100% accurate
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Carrying out general duties such as filing and photocopying

As the Administrator, you will:

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Strong IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Good communication skills and be able to liaise at all levels
  • You may have experience of working as one of the following: Administrator, Customer Service Advisor, Data Entry Clerk, Call Centre Operative, Contact Centre Operative, Scheduler, Planner, Facilities and Engineering Co-ordinator.

Your salary will be circa £15,600 per year / £8.00 per hour
