An opportunity for someone to manage an admin team along with day to day admin duties
About Our Client
Our client is a well-established facility management company who are based nationally.
The role will be managing the day to day administrative functions of the contracts, ensuring that tasks orders are managed effectively and any overdue jobs are chased down, along with statutory documentation. The role will also include accountancy work, where you will make sure the purchase ledger is accurate and all invoices match up.
Has the admin manager you will also be working closely with the operations team ensuring delivery of objective’s and KPI’s are in line with the business plan. And have direct reports of administration team to you.
The Successful Applicant
The Admin Manager will ideally come from a property or facility management background and worked on multi-site contracts you must possess the following skills;
- Team leader with admin or office management skills
- Strong stable career history
- Attention to detail
- Computer literate with good understanding of different software systems
