Our client is seeking an experienced Account Delivery Manager with a contact centre and account management background, ideally in the automotive and financial services sector.
The Account Delivery Manager will liaise day to day with the client to ensure queries and tasks are delivered, building and maintaining a fantastic client relationship and are the first point of contact for any escalations internally and externally.
The service is required to provide excellent customer service to customers via a variety of channels in relation to their finance agreement. Typical customer enquiries include general product and service enquiries, personal detail and address amendments, direct debit/payment method changes, settlement/balance enquiries, partial/full payment and complaints in relation to finance agreements, products and services.
Reporting to Chief Operations Officer the Account Delivery Manager will be responsible for the overall management of service through their relevant reporting managers ensuring organisational and performance targets are achieved. The successful applicant will lead both internal and external relationships and the role encompasses many responsibilities and can offer a variety of duties for a forward thinking and ambitious manager.
Direct experience in a similar role is essential while in-depth knowledge of financial Services and associated regulations would be highly
