The position is based at an Army Camp in Wiltshire. This is a permanent position.

Working with a diverse community of people in a first class work based training company, where you will co-ordinate the delivery of the Telecoms Apprenticeships, Advanced Apprenticeships and Stand-alone qualifications.
Key Features of the Role:
Telecommunications Internal Quality Assurer will co-ordinate delivery as stated above. Notably IT and Telecoms Professional at Levels 2, 3 and 4.
Verify assessments and provide first line support for assessors, including assisting in their training.
Key tasks include liaising with staff across various levels. Ensuring the smooth delivery of the programme, quality assurance, training and developing assessors and IQA’s.
Regular visits to assist with assessment progress and monitor results. Meet enrolment and achievement targets set by Programme Manager. Ensuring learner inductions are carried out in accordance with Company high standards.
Ensure all sampling is planned and completed on time and updated. Completing assessments and reviews using a range of blended learning tools and social media. As well as identify new opportunities for programme delivery.
Comply with SFA, Ofsted, Awarding Organisation and Army Apprenticeships policies and procedures.
Knowledge and Skills, (These Must be Detailed in Your CV Application):
The Telecommunications Internal Quality Assurer must be occupationally competent in telecommunications to Level 4. (Must continue to maintain competence).
Minimum CAVA or TAQA (L3) qualified or equivalent (A1, D32, D33, D34), as well as Level 3 educational qualifications.
You must have a proven record of work experience in Telecommunications and general administration, Teaching, or Training in Logistics.
You must have experience assessing and reviewing, using a range of blended learning tools. As well as being flexible and lateral when coming up with solutions.
Able to motivate and support effectively, backed up with excellent communication skills.
You must also have a full and clean and valid Category B, UK driving licence and valid passport.
Emotionally robust and willing to work away from home and abroad on occasion.
What’s on Offer:
The Telecommunications Internal Quality Assurer basic salary ranges from £22K to £28K based in experience levels and qualifications.
Full time permanent position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday from 8:30 to 17:00, and Friday 8:30 to 16:00.
Travel across the UK and Germany on occasion for up to 1 week.
25 days annual leave, rising each year of service to a maximum of 30.
5 additional discretion days taken over the Christmas period.
After 6 month probationary employment, Life Assurance of 2 x salary.
Pension at the Government required rate.

Company pool car is available, mileage costs of 45 pence per mile.
