This role will offer the successful candidate involvement in all elements of marketing as opposed to a narrow vertical set. This will enrich your marketing subject and management experience base enormously.

Knowledge and Skills:
You will need to have a strong B2B market background in a Marketing Manager role.
You will need to have strong ambition and potential to develop managerial skills.
You will need to have specialised in one or more traditional marketing discipline.
You will need to have PR and Media Management experience.
You will need to have a Degree or similar qualification in Marketing or related subject.
You will need to have either a background knowledge or interest in computing or technology related industries.
You will need to have some skill or experience in creative skills for collateral composition and presentation.
You will need to be a proficient user of Adobe Creative Studio Packages (Photoshop and In-Design).
You will need to have some WordPress CMS and website development / management experience.
You will need to have had budget setter/holder experience, with responsibility for managing an assigned budget.
You will be required to have sector experience marketing technology based products in any one of the following sectors: Medical, Transport, Automation, Energy, Communications, Defence and Security.
You will be required to have some product launch and through-life management experience.
You will need to have work scheduling and project management experience.
You will need to have worked to the ISO: 9001 standard or a professional and process driven methodology.
You will need to have worked to targets and KPI’s.
Our client is looking for the successful candidate to possess the ability to handle multiple-tasks, multiple priorities as well as multiple projects.
Our client is looking for a process driven candidate with a logical, planned and structured methodology, who is also organised, tidy and has good time management, as well as being able to be flexible and adapt to changing work environment and priorities.
Our client is looking for the successful candidate to be positive and enthusiastic, who can handle pressure and meet deadlines to deliver marketing outcomes, while remaining professional in both appearance and behaviour and setting the highest possible standards.
Finally, our client needs the successful candidate to be emotionally robust to be able to deal effectively and efficiently with performance management, due to the challenges the business has out in place for growth and expansion in 2017.
