TEAM Members are invited to join the next webinar hosted by a panel of TEAM Service Providers and Members, together with TEAM's new Chairman, Simon Bliss.  This webinar is open to all TEAM Members and the panel will discuss the Kickstart Scheme.

The Kickstart Scheme was first announced in September 2020 and with the intention of getting 16-24 year olds in to work.  The Scheme allows employers to engage young people for a period of six months with their wages funded by the Government.  Although welcomed by the market, unfortunately DWP have been slow to get the Scheme into operation.

Louise Rayner will outline what the DWP’s Kickstart Scheme is all about.  NumberMill is one of the few private companies who have managed to navigate DWP’s due diligence and approval process to be awarded their Gateway grant for some 211 placements representing circa 40 companies.  Louise will share the process that NumberMill went through, the hurdles that were jumped and will outline what is clear and still unclear.   

Following this, our panel will be discussing the Scheme in further detail and answering any questions from both a Supplier and Member point of view.
