My Digital Accounts offer cloud based CRM, Payroll & Accounting software, aimed specifically at businesses operating in the temporary labour market.

Designed and developed by operators with decades of experience in the temporary labour market, we are software suppliers with a difference. 


Our software suite includes a back office pay and charge, invoicing, timesheet and expenses approval system (Texas). Our nimble, cloud based, agency back office system provides bespoke reporting, improves client relationships and manages candidate compliance.


Our UK based support team, all have experience in the temporary labour market, having worked at recruitment agencies and payroll intermediaries in their previous employment. This means you have access to software support and practical advice!
