'Five Steps to Work' to TEAM Members at a discounted rate of £300+VAT per office

We’ve always been passionate about training and, fifteen years ago, incorporated it alongside our recruiting business to deliver professional development training for individuals and clients.

Recruiter training is something else we’re passionate about. Over the years our team has been involved in helping REC to develop its own recruiter development programmes.

Ten years ago, we were asked to get involved in the major DWP/private partnership to deliver job search skills training to the newly unemployed. It taught us a lot. We’ve been passionate about the importance of job search support ever since.

This year, as the COVID crisis has unfolded, we’ve put all we know about both training and job search into a programme called Five Steps to Work. It is designed to give experienced recruiters a role in delivering meaningful job search support at a time when that support has never been more needed.

In providing a uniform structure it also brings participating recruiters potential joint access to large-scale Government work.

We are currently offering Five Steps to Work to TEAM recruiters for just £300+VAT per office. This reflects our marginal cost and is being offered for a limited period as part of a planned scale-building strategy to pitch for UK-wide Government contract money.
