ATP (All The People) Technical was formed to address the stark diversity and equality imbalances across the Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) workforce. In a market with longstanding and on-going skills shortages our approach is two-fold; Promote STEM-based careers across the full spectrum of the current and future working population. Address the acute skills shortage by attracting women and minority groups into a career sector which harnesses their current and potential technical abilities.

Across the STEM employment sector just 14% of STEM roles are filled by women combined with a skills gap of over 200,000. ATP Recruitment believes this offers employers of STEM skills an enormous opportunity in addressing their hiring challenges by attracting more women into their unfilled vacancies. ATP Technical work directly with organisations such as SATRO and TeenTech who engage with schools, colleges and young people to empower, educate and enthuse them into realising the opportunities on offer with a STEM career. These are not overnight solutions but we firmly believe that engaging with all the people in education today will provide the skills we need now and for the long term future.
