Award-Winning Recruitment Firm Moves into Bristol
Award-winning recruitment firm 24-7 Staffing has opened an office in Bristol to capitalise on city businesses’ growing demands for quality candidates to fill vacancies.
24-7 Staffing, which has its head office in Chippenham, has relocated a branch on the outskirts of Bristol to Bristol Business Park, Filton, opposite the University of the West of England. It will initially be managed by the company’s associate director, Paul Squires. The office is in addition to the Chippenham and Salisbury offices.
The move towards central Bristol is part of expansion plans for 24-7 Staffing, which last month won a Chippenham Business Customer Services Award. It is in the final of the industry’s prestigious Recruiter awards, and is also in contention for four Wiltshire Business awards, including the Outstanding Excellence category.
24-7 Staffing was set up in 2004 and provides temporary and permanent staff for the driving, industrial, commercial, and healthcare sectors.
Director Julian Thompson said opening an office in Bristol marked an important move for 24-7 Staffing, which last year saw 25 per cent growth and is actively recruiting for its own staff to strengthen the teams in all offices.
“This is another example of the way our company is flexible and can respond to the demands of the local economy,” said Julian. “When we started, we concentrated on our driving division, but subsequently we created three new divisions to meet demand. In Bristol, we see a real opportunity to both expand our company and offer a much-needed service to businesses and job-seekers.”
