TEAM Erupts with Launch of New Volcanic Website

TEAM, the UK’s largest network of independent recruiters, has launched a new website that provides the recruitment community with an improved visitor experience and a pool of interactive resources that are easily accessible from any device, showcasing its industry-leading services.

The design and development of the website, carried out in partnership with recruitment website specialist Volcanic (also a TEAM Member) incorporates innovative technology that has allowed the functionality to become more intuitive, meaning Members, employers and candidates can access key site areas more easily and quickly than ever before.

Liz Longman, Managing Director for TEAM, says: “The final results of the website have, without doubt, exceeded my expectations. TEAM had undergone a few makeovers in its 20-year history, but this time I feel that we have made a quantum leap.

“Our networking power has substantially increased as we recently passed the milestone of more than 600 membership locations and website visits had subsequently increased, so we wanted to improve our visitor experience. Our re-design means that we now have a website that, cosmetically, is both cleaner and fresher, with more progressive technology and functionality, which will ultimately benefit our end-users. The ease of functionality of the new site has also seen a record increase in the posting of shared business opportunities and the total amount of split fees available is currently approx. £1m, a figure never before achieved in TEAM’s history”

The website integrates fully with TEAM’s existing business structure and will provide key insights into the type of content and information that Members wish to receive and how they prefer to use it.

Co-founder and MD of Volcanic, Neil Pickstone, says: “Volcanic is delighted to have delivered a stand-out website for TEAM that will provide them with a futureproof platform that is completely flexible to its needs.

We’re constantly looking to remain ahead of the curve so that each of the sites that we deliver offer a personalised experience and have the ability to continuously evolve to reflect the changing ways in which people choose to receive information.”
