Stop Press: Agency Workers Regulations to be reviewed

16.7.2010 The Secretary of State for BIS has confirmed in the House of Commons that the Agency Workers Regulations 2010 (due to come into force on 1 October 2011) are under review. Edward Davey stated “The Government are aware of the different points of view expressed by the business community about certain aspects of the agency workers regulations and is currently considering the way forward.”
